Same experience as others… ordered in March 2026, it is now end of July and nothing. The early response to my email was autogenerated so there is ‘nothing behind the curtain’ so to say, and silence on recent emails. I looked at reviews on their website before buying and thought I was thorough but did not see the trust pilot reviews until it was too late. Their website is so professional I just wouldn’t have believed a scam, but in fact that’s what it is. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not buy anything from Meraki. This company is a complete scam. I ordered kitchen knobs in December 2025, but they never arrived. Despite sending multiple emails, I never received a response or any assistance. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid buying from this company.

I bought some handles for £285 from this company in September 2025. When they didn't arrive, by December 2025, I asked for the order to be refunded. The company sent me a "refund slip" but never actually refunded me. In Jan 2026 I took them to small claims court and won - but they are still yet to repay me. They have since opened under the same name but different location and director. They claim on their website to have 4.9/5 stars. This company is 100% a scam - avoid like the plague.

Ik bestelde in februari en na maanden wachten (en veel heen en weer mailen) laten ze mij vandaag weten dat ze overgenomen zijn en dat de oude onderneming in faling is. Ik had verschillende keren contact, waarbij ze mij aan het lijntje hielden dat de goederen vertraging hadden, maar ze wisten dus zeer goed van deze situatie. BESTEL HIER NIET!

Orders take a LONG time to arrive.

I placed an order on the 29th of May and I’m yet to receive it. I’ve sent several emails including an instagram dm but no response. Seeing the overwhelming 1 star reviews I’m staring to think I’ll have to claim my money back with the bank.

Update: finally received the order this morning after nearly two months of waiting. Honest advice, if you don’t mind waiting potentially months to receive your order then it’s fine. But if you want items fairly quick then consider ordering elsewhere. It’s a great idea making items to order but meraki have to adapt when there’s a high volume of orders, otherwise you’ll continue to have many more frustrated customers wanting a refund.

Die bestellten Griffe wurden zwar geliefert; es war jedoch auf der Website behauptet worden "duties and taxes included", ich musste aber trotzdem alle Zollgebühren bezahlen.

Für Griffe, die ich vor 2 Monaten auf eigene Kosten nach China zurückgeschickt habe, habe ich bis heute noch keine Erstattung erhalten. Überhaupt gibt es kein Rücksendeportal, es ist höchst kompliziert, eine Rücksendung zu organisieren.
Die Website und die abgebildeten Produkte machen einen so guten Eindruck, ich kann von einer Bestellung dort aber nur abraten!

I ordered house numbers in December 2025 and still haven’t received them 7 months later. I get email responses about having backlog of production or other excuses. It’s very frustrating! They told me they were unable to refund my money that I should contact my bank/credit card company but when I did, I was told it has been too long since the purchase for me to get refunded.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Shocking company. I ordered 2 door numbers which never arrived and have been waiting for more than 70 days for my refund. Avoid this company at all costs. Great looking website, terrible service.

In my latest exchange I’ve been advised to claim a refund via my bank due to processing issues.

Ordered a drawer pull. I received one small part of it in a ridiculous amount of packaging. It was useless without the 3!!! Other components which were for some reason I can't understand sent separately marked as delivered and I never received. Useless bot replies to emails. Thankfully it was one small item and I lost a few pounds. Avoid !!

Hice un pedido el 20 de mayo y al empezar a haber retrasos en la entrega, contacté con ellos, al no convencerme sus respuestas entré en trustpilot y me encuentro con esta desagradable sorpresa.Como empezaba a imagina es una ESTAFA. Leer que el producto- si llega- es de china y de mala calidad, me lleva los demonios ya que su web no tiene nada que ver y lo que ofrecen es calidad y diseño. Acabo de reclamar la devolucion del dinero y en caso de negativas emprenderé las acciones legales que hagan falta. Una autentica verguenza que sigan existiendo este tipo de comercios.

Like everyone else on here, I ordered and never received product. Initiated a refund and nothing has ever been refunded. They said up to 30 working days from late March. It is now Mid June. We will be taking it up with the bank. I do not know how this company manages to keep scamming but they do it.

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before placing my order! Handle samples ordered, over three months waiting, never arrived and no sign of them ever arriving.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from this company. I would have given zero stars if possible.

I placed an order worth £150 more than six months ago and never received the items.

The most concerning response I received was that the company had allegedly lost access to its previous system and could no longer access customer order details or payment funds. I contacted customer service seeking updates and a refund, providing the purchase confirmation they had issued themselves, which clearly showed my order number and the £150 payment. Despite this, my refund was not processed, and I was instead told to contact my bank and initiate a dispute.

I also pointed out that if there had genuinely been a major technical issue affecting customer orders and refunds, I would have expected this to be clearly communicated on the company's website or through direct customer updates. No such notice was provided.

I was left without my order, without a refund, and without clear information about when the issue would be resolved.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience and, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Taking payment and then leaving customers waiting over six months without delivering goods or issuing a refund is unacceptable. I expected far better treatment and transparency from any legitimate online retailer.

I ordered two ceiling lights from Meraki Shop, and the entire experience has been a nightmare.

The lights never arrived. After realizing my order was missing, I contacted their customer support. This resulted in a lengthy, frustrating chain of multiple emails. Instead of resolving the issue, they offered excuse after excuse for the shipping delay.

When it became clear the items were not coming and I requested my money back, they said a refund was not possible, claiming a "system migration" shut down their old payment portal and completely wiped out their access to my data and refund capabilities.

Taking customer money, failing to deliver the product, and then refusing a refund is completely unacceptable business practice. Save yourself the headache and avoid shopping here.

Ordered in January, it’s now end of May and nothing has arrived. Been told at the start of April it would be 1-2 weeks but no contact since then. Still taking orders online despite not being able to deliver January orders. Do not use!!!

Ordered numbers for my home. Got charged, said would take 8 weeks. Chased. Said to wait a little longer. Chased a few weeks later. No reply. Basically didn’t get any responses and no way to contact them. Demanded refund. Still no Reply. 6 months later and nothing. This is a SCAM. Do not order from here

Je n’ai jamais recu ma commande, après des DIZAINES de mail, j’ai finalement reçu la « confirmation » que celle ci avait été annulée mais le remboursement n’ai jamais arrivé.

J’ai déposé plainte, fuyez.
