Immediate communication with intentions to follow up. This is important. Also, I believe they are continuing to work on the issue. Thank you.

Very efficient, fast and supportive

They did a great job getting back to my email when I didn’t get my order.

Check out was speedy. Clara sent me confirmation and made sure all my questions were answered. I can’t wait to get my nutrapure in the mail and start it.

Was text and asked about the product I was using hopefully it was helpful

MS.CLARA REACHED OUT TO ME TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OKAY ON MY END AND LET ME KNOW IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS I CAN REACH OUT TO HER AND THAT SHE WILL KEEP MY POSTED ON MY ORDER IT MADE ME FEEL REALLY GOOD AND IMPORTANT AND I’M SO EXCITED TO RECIEVE MY PACKAGE I CAN’T WAIT TO SEE MY RESULTS

I have placed several orders with this company & always satisfied with the products & services. Only one was lost in transit & their response has been timely & thorough to make it good by replacing it. I so appreciate such great customer service!

I really was at my wits end. I couldn't shift my weight. Then I started the Cutting mix and wow, within a few days my sugar cravings went . I'm still on my first pack but my food noise has stopped and I am eating half what normally was. Also feeling more energy.
This product is a game changer.

great company

The ordering process was easy in part due to their excellent personal customer service. I'm looking forward to starting on a journey to better health.

I intentionally ordered Nutrapure without researching in detail the possible side effects regarding Nutrapure if taking certain prescribed medications. I needed to cancel the order after I researched the possible side effects of using Nutrapure and needed to cancel. However; I learned that, once an order is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled per Hansel. She did advise that once I received the order, to reach out for further details.

Hansel reached out regularly regarding my situation. Her diligent approach to my issue reassured me that sometimes, there are those that truly care and stand behind their product.

I made my order after weeks of research with NutraPure , all of the reviews I read were enough to give me the go ahead. There are so many positive life changing stories, that it made me ready for the journey to start. I suffer from PCOS and it is very challenging. I know that this will give me the healthy life changes that so desperately need: after I made my order, Clara, the owner texted me personally to let me know that she was working on it. We spoke quite a bit and it made me more sure than ever that I made the right call for me, for my life and my health. Excited is an understatement.
