Great product. Customer service is excellent

Easy to place an order, immediate follow up with address clarification. Now hoping the product is as good as advertised.

Ordered product in error and needed to cancel. Sent in request and communication between all parties was prompt and continuous until resolved. My experience so far has been great. Will order in the future when the time is right.

Clara is amazing, she went out of her way to make sure my address was correct. Along with making sure I got everything I needed. Great customer service!

I ordered the Berberine with cinnamon and absolutely love it! It has given me more energy, and I'm losing more weight than I was with just exercise and diet alone. It is reasonably priced, and ships quickly.

Customer Service was top notch!!!! They responded right away!!!

I received fast and courteous service. Thank you!

Great customer service. Thank you for sorting out the subscription issue once I receive the delivery I will write another review.

The Joint Support product has helped with my knees. Would be 5 stars if not out of stock when I needed to re-order. It was now back in stock and I have reordered.

I spoke with Karen today, about 7 times, and she was the nicest, most friendly, caring and attentive person in the world! Karen was genuinely happy to help, she was knowledgeable and handled all my questions with a caring and helpful manner. She is definitely the best, most attentive and friendliest customer service person I've ever dealt with! Karen is a true asset to your company, thank you so much, Karen!

Excellent customer service

When the order was placed, it was made as a subscription and i immediately reached out to the company. Someone emailed me right back and cancelled the subscription.
Excellent customer service

Once my order was placed, Clara was quick to text me to make sure my address was correct. She suggested I reach out to my Dr to make sure Mullein would be alright for me and she placed my order. She was very polite.

Customer Service was very respectful of my wishes and my refund was refunded fairly easily. Thank you.
