I didn’t receive my product even though tracking said it was delivered. I contacted the customer service through the website. It took a few times of contacting them but they got back to me and took care of it. They refunded my money.

So far I’m happy that I have been heard. I’m hoping that it continues to be this way
I give 5 stars if my request is dealt with effectively
Basically I ordered really inspired to use product shortly after purchasing I was informed due to my immunosuppressive medical conduction this could be dangerous. I emailed immediately and have had great customer service response so far. I will come update my review once I have been refunded for item

I ordered, I received the product, I just began using it today is August 18, 2006. Time will tell.

My drops were shipped and received very quickly. I am looking forward to using them. Based on online reviews, I was worried that this is not a legitimate company and expressed my concerns to them. They were very helpful and emailed me back multiple times. Great customer service.

Response to my situation with a solution.

Right after ordering i had a member asking me about the product and some other things the response time was great amd the customer service is great as well.

It's not the company it's the courier it's now been nearly a month an still not received my parcel

The service as been above 100% very helpful and very supportive and I was able to get a very positive outcome. Staff were very informative and kept me up to date all the way through what I needed sorting

I placed an order for your product on July 6th. I never received my order. Maybe it was lost en route, not sure. I had to reach out to them before getting a reply. You would think they would know if the order had reached its destination. Once I reached out they were very responsive. I am really excited and can’t wait to see how the Millieum product works to detox my lungs.

Customer service was quick to answer my query, but still feel a bit let down by the lack of information on tracking and following where my item is, needs better updates, ordered on the 6th Aug got tracking information on 7th Aug to say it was on its way now the 11th Aug and heard nothing else
