I am extremely happy with my purchase! The bracelet is absolutely beautiful and incredibly sparkly. The quality is excellent, the clasp feels very secure, and the size fits perfectly. I have no complaints at all.
It also came beautifully presented in the jewelry box and really looked like a luxurious gift.
I would also especially like to mention the wonderful customer service and attention to detail. My purchase included a complimentary pair of earrings, which were accidentally left out of the package. As soon as I contacted them, they responded very quickly and arranged to have the earrings shipped to me right away. I haven’t received them yet, but they are already on the way, and I really appreciate how promptly everything was handled.
I was so happy with the bracelet that after receiving it, I decided to place another order for a 2-carat diamond pendant and a ring. They have also been very accommodating with my ring and offered to customize it for me, including the elongated cushion shape I wanted.
Excellent quality, beautiful jewelry, great communication, and very attentive service. So happy with my purchases and looking forward to receiving my new pieces!

I feel scammed beware!
It said my package was delivered i opened my front door and couldn't find my package. Tried calling the phone number on the email and it said voicemail was full and I couldn't leave a message. Awful customer service and I feel like I was scammed. I had to file a claim with my credit card company to try to get my money back

We’re sorry you have not been able to locate your package. For transparency, we would like to clarify the timeline based on our records.
Your order was received by Shop QSE on September 24 and shipped promptly at our expense. Carrier tracking shows the package as delivered on September 25.
We first became aware of the issue at approximately 3:00 AM CST on September 26 through your Trustpilot review and responded at approximately 3:11 AM. After receiving your email around 4:00 AM CST confirming that you could not locate the package, we responded promptly and advised that we would investigate with the carrier.
We understand you stated that you attempted to call the previous evening and were unable to leave a voicemail, and we apologize for that inconvenience. However, once we became aware of the issue, our team responded within minutes despite it being overnight hours.
Regarding the reported phone call, the screenshot provided to us is cropped and displays a duration of approximately 0.05 seconds. Based on the information visible in that screenshot, we are unable to independently verify a completed call or voicemail attempt.
For these reasons, we respectfully disagree with the characterization of Shop QSE as a “scam” or that no customer service was provided. The order was fulfilled promptly, carrier tracking records it as delivered, and our team responded as soon as we became aware of the reported issue.
As you have now initiated a chargeback with your card issuer, the dispute will proceed through that formal process, and we will provide the relevant order, shipping, tracking, and communication records through the appropriate channel.

Sam was great to work with
Sam was great to work with. I ordered the 7 carat tennis bracelet and when it arrived it look to small for me. I was concerned that since I removed the tag I would not be able to return or exchange. Sam said no problem. I ordered the 10 carat tennis bracelet and it is beautiful! I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought a necklace for my wife for Christmas. They were sold out of the size she really wanted but they were kind enough to send out the next larger size to see if she would like it. It didn't quite fit so we had to send it back, but that is customer service that you don't see a lot of anymore.

I’m in love with my new custom made 14k white gold martini set screwback IGI certified 2 carat diamond stud earrings! I submitted a request for a return of a pair of studs in sterling silver that had defective backings and customer service wrote me back right away. I asked if they could create a custom order in 14k white gold martini set screwback 2 carat diamond stud earrings and they created a 3D design for my approval with transparent pricing. The store applied my return towards my custom order and sent me a prepaid return label. We confirmed my order on March 23 and I received my earrings on April 6. I am thrilled with my gorgeous sparkling custom studs! It arrived in a gorgeous heavy gift box with IGI certificates in protective sleeves along with a packing slip and letter signed by the owner. The best part is that the earrings are so comfortable to wear! And the screw backs are secure and high quality. I highly recommend this store for the best quality, service, and excellence in diamond jewelry, as their name suggests! I can’t wait to buy more. Thank you!
