The thumb drive of windows 10 you sent me will not boot. I have sent a letter to tech support but have not heard back. Please send Win 10 sixtyfour bit bootable media. A CD would be OK if that is cost effective. Please test media before you ship. I paid good money and I am not happy with your product.

This vendor can be tough to get a hold of by phone, but it's much easier to get answers via the chat feature on their website. They have great prices and their delivery is quick. I am a satisfied customer.

Didn't provide a retail/OEM ISO - provided an evaluation link, which is not the same

They mailed me the USB, and I installed it, and it worked. I didn't contact customer service since I was able to figure it out and it worked.

Well I did not get the 15% off because they had to send an invoice to my email as everytime I tried to pay on the site the internet browser would shut down.

Everything went smoothly. Product was delivered on time,and you kept updating on my order.

Had a problem with my computer after I installed the free Windows 10 upgrade. Had the dreaded black screen. Ordered Windows 10 thumb drive and now I am up and running again. I built this computer myself over 12 years ago. At the time it was way a head of the normal off the shelf computers. Now it is running great. Had Windows 8 originally and didn't really want to up grade, but due to no more updates I decided to upgrade to 10. So far no problems.

Ordered and DVD won’t work and tried several times to contact software keys with no response. Tried for two weeks. Very Poor seller

The directions for the most part did not work, the codes wouldn't activate until I unplugged my internet. Getting to the pro version was more of the same and require the regular win 10 codes, alot of time spent through trial and error. In the end I did manage to get what I paid for

Nothing has been settled yet. I have sent several emails without getting any response. The software will not work for my computer and I asked if there was anything else that will work.

The license I received was not valid but the support group provided a new license and all is fine.

This was fast and easy I got a disk and a key for install I had a 2 TB flash drive formatted it like it said on Utube and away I went.
