Ordered head sets . Never received. Then got a USPS postal notification th add t a label has been created but nothing else never sent. I contacted customer service. Finally got back and said sorry we are backed up. You should get soon! Nothing. I knew u should shop locally or Amazon. I cannot recommend

I am still waiting on shipment after 2 weeks with no estimate. I’m frustrated and will have to cancel if it’s not shipped within next few days.

No communication. Never received my order. Asked for update via email and left a voicemail. No response from your company. The AirPods were ordered as a gift for my son and we did not get them.

They only send part of the order. Tell you they will ship out the other part within a week and never do. And its a joke when you try to reach out to them. Left a VM and also sent to emails. Ended up having to do a charge back on my card for the missing item.

This company does not communicate with you about the status of your order. I had to call and email multiple times. I still have not received my order. It has been two weeks and only one communication from my company.

I ordered the Airpod Gen 3 and changed my mind. If you ask for a refund they will give it all back to you, because they do have a refund policy. Again, thankyou so much <3. It does take some time tho, so be patient.💕

HOAX!!!!!!! I paid for my Apple AirPods 3rd gen two weeks ago and I STILL have not received any order updates or tracking information. They’re telling me Apple products are “on back order” but I can buy the same item on a different site and have it delivered overnight. This is a hoax.

When I purchased the software, your email said I’d receive the download link within 30 minutes. I called and emailed you repeatedly and no one responded. Finally, one week after I placed the order you finally responded and offered me the download link, but only after I challenged your charge with my credit card company. I get the sense that you are trying to scam people and only responded when I filed a formal complaint. In any event, how can you do business when you cannot meet deadlines and never answer the phone or any emails????

I also ordered AirPods on 11/13, received an email on 11/17 and was told shipping delays caused by FL storm. I reached out 11/21 requesting cancellation and still have not received confirmation of cancellation.

Im looking for Window10, because my pc cant work with win11, so i go to chat with expert in the nearly midnight like 11pm, but they still answer and help me a lot, that guy name Zach. He really good on service and helping customer

Zach was able to assist me with both completing the delivery of my order and getting it installed on a holiday! It was an upgrade required for my new job and I was under a deadline to get it done. Zach was very patient and courteous with me and knew exactly what I needed to do and how to walk a very non-technical person through the process with ease.

Fast delivery there was a hiccup with my confirmation email but the gentleman I talked to got it worked out with no problem great customer service.

I did not get the product i ordered and i have not gotten a call back from customer support after leaving 3 messages
