My watch wouldn’t turn on
My watch wouldn’t turn on, I thought it was broken, I messaged customer service and they determined it was the cable, they sent me a new cable and it immediately worked, amazing customer service!
Replacement of H50
I received my H50 about 3 weeks ago. After initial set up, I fully charged the H%) but it would never turn back on. I emailed the Shot Scope Support Desk and they got back to me the next day. After a couple of email exchanges, they immediately sent me a new H50 which is working just fine. The Support Desk was super responsive and handled the replacement procedure in a simple and expeditious manner.
A company of integrity
Whilst it is obviously disappointing that the V5 did go wrong the way this was dealt with by shotscope was about as good as one could hope for and well above what we have come to expect of most companies. With this attitude success should be guaranteed- you deserve to be.
Good Coms
I can’t say much for the product as I have yet to receive it. I can say the customer service team have been very responsive and informative. It’s always easier to trust a company that keeps you updated over one that leaves you in the dark.

I had an issue with a GPS watch around 1 year after purchase and they gave me a replacement no questions asked. Fantastic service you have a customer for life.

Unprofessional Service
Below is my original review. This has now dropped into unprofessional and clearly I am not alone.
I bought in the first batch and was informed that it would be with me middle of April. I emailed end of March and that was confirmed.
Middle of April and worrying with no communication. I emailed last week and that email told me it was shipping that week or start of this.
I am now told I was in the second batch(a lie) and it’s going to be middle of May.
This company clearly does not care! They have generated all the hype, taken all our money and decided that the delivering on the promises is the least of their troubles.
While all along we have to keep watching you tube people who have no following or have bought it and reviewed it.
Just a really unprofessional company that’s happy to lie to customer's.

Just disappointing. My biggest issue is the communication. Ordered the muched hyped LM1 in the first pre order and expected by mid April. Emailed last week and was told end of last week shipping or early this week. April 22nd and still nothing. I guess all the hype generated the money, delivering on promises means nothing. The other factor is seeing all the you tube videos of people who have bought them, it seems unfair. So disappointed.
SEEMS I AM NOT ALONE IN THE TERRIBLE PROCESS. Why bother paying for the pre order in future!
I have sent 3 emails. You replied to one last week. No clear communication throughout the process. Told on purchase middle of April, today April 23rd nothing. Ticket number 274754

I played a course on Sunday and the layout had been changed, so I contacted the support team via email and by Monday afternoon they had already updated the course details, talk about fast customer support! Great job guys.

I am in the same boat as many others
I am in the same boat as many others, I did my pre order during the early Feb slot. I did receive 2 emails saying it would ship in early to mid April, but nothing since. I have contacted customer service 3 times, each time is the same run around - “it should ship mid April, it should ship early next week, it should ship tomorrow.” Well mid April, early next week, and tomorrow have all passed and still no shipping update. During my last email they did mention having some issues with customs, but I don’t think you can have an issue with customs if you have never sent the shipment🤷♂️. Completely horrible experience so far, and I am holding a very slim amount of hope that this will ever actually ship at this point.

Hole Update
I play a golf course that underwent a renovation. One hole was shortened from a par 4 to a par 3. There were updates occasionally for the course but that hole never changed. I sent Shot Scope customer service an e-mail explaining the issue. They responded right away with some questions about the course in question. I provided them with the information they requested and the next day I received an email stating the update had been done also explaining how to download the new update and course map to my phone and Shot Scope watch. I played today and the correct yardages came up when I got to the tee box. I am very happy with the service I received and recommend Shot Scope highly.
