I put my request into their website and with in fives minutes I had a phone call with four different company's. The fastest service I have seen in awhile, I am very pleased

It was easy and gave me some great relevant options on choosing a shredding company.

When I requested a quote online, I was impressed by the quick and courteous reply (both by email and phone) from Shred Nations. However, after 3 days, I never heard from the local contractor, File Thirteen.

I called on thinking Shred Nation was who I would be dealing with. Instead I was told I would get an estimate emailed to me. Next I got an email from shred nation saying I would be contacted by pacific. 5 days later I still have not been contacted so I called Shred Nation back. The gal gave me the phone number of other company and told me to call them. No apology for delay. If you are going to refer customers to someone else, shouldn't you make sure their customer service is up to par? Aren't they representing you???????? Not very satisfied so far!!!!!!!

Site states get quote free, but all that it did was send an email stating that RECALL was a company that could service our area. Then I again requested a quote. Am still waiting for response.

Erik Larsen is knowledgeable, generous with information, and very patient. Erik set us up to receive referrals from Shred Nations. He took the time to walk me through each step and through the website. I believe he genuinely wants to see us benefit from the referrals.

I emailed to get information about shredding. I got an automated response saying I would be contacted with information. I was not contacted at all. I know have received an email to send a review of my experience. I would be able to give a review had I been responded to with the information I asked for. As of this moment I am not happy with Shred Nation and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I did a Google search for shredding companies in Portland, Oregon. A site came up called Portland Shredding Service so I submitted the information for a quote. This is not an actual shredding business....this website goes to Shred Nations which is an aggregator that then sends the quotes out to various actual shredding companies in the area. I started getting calls from companies I hadn't contacted and wasn't interested in because of this. This is a gross misrepresentation and should be made MUCH more transparent so the consumer is aware of what will happen when a request for quote is entered. I didn't need to be bothered by all these other companies when my expectation was that this was one local company....very frustrating.

RECEIVED A QUOTE OF $129 FOR UP TO 300 LBS TO SHRED DOCUMENTS. THE ACTUAL SERVICE CONTACTED ME QUICKLY TO SET UP A SHREDDING APPOINTMENT. SET THE APPOITMENT, THEN THE ACTUAL SERVICE CALLED TO SAY THAT SHRED NATIONS MISQUOTED THE PRICE, IT IS ACTUALLY $250 FOR UP TO 300 LBS. I CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND FRUSTRATING TO GET A RE-QUOTE OF ALMOST DOUBLE THE ORIGINAL.

I received an immediate response for a shredding company that would work for my needs.
I didn't realize though that they were only the finders of shredding companies, and I had already called the service they provided me. But still, if I had gone to Shred Nations first, I wouldn't have needed to do any further work.

I was contacted within minutes of placing my quote request and received the name of two companies that would match my needs.

It did not take long at all for my request to be answered by both
phone call and email. It is a good referral tool.

The first referral was not what I needed, I called Jennifer back, and She had another company call me, and as of today-06/02, we have scheduled to use them on 06/10/15

I went to the website and requested a quote. I have instead received a survey request. Unfortunately, I have no opinion yet.

My ProShred agent arrived on time, accommodated all my shredding needs, was cordial, polite and cooperative. I would use this company again and recommend them to any of my friends/colleagues who are in need of shredding services.

I specifically requested a location near New Fairfield, but was directed to my "best fit" location in Wallingford, over a hour away. I went on line and found a location myself in Danbury, about 5 minutes away. Also, I asked specific questions about pricing that were not answered.
