Contacted Shred Nation via Google info. Sent them my info and received a call an hour or so later verifying what I needed done. A few minutes later I received another call and made an appointment.
All went very smooth. The reps I talked to were business like and also a delight to talk to. Haven't had work done yet.

Shred Nation assigned First Shred in Minneapolis to do a shredding job at my home. First Shred called me to ask some questions and schedule my job. The woman who I spoke with was very professional and gave me a date about 10 days away. Today was the day First Shred was to come. Since I hadn't been given a time range, I called the office at about 10 am. I was told that although I was on the schedule, the driver "had a problem" and that I would get a call back to give me a time.
It is now 5:36 pm. No call back from First Shred (although I did call them again and left a message) and I have now wasted an entire day waiting for the truck to come. Also, no call to reschedule. Really disappointing and very unprofessional.

Overall, we are happy with service and the relationship we have with Shred Nations. I will say that the pricing for each lead is a bit high and we will be evaluating whether it is still cost-effective for us to participate in the program. More than 50% of the leads that we get from Shred Nations also come to us through a direct phone call.

I was hoping to receive three quotes to allow a good comparison, but only received one. Their price seemed egregiously high, so I didn't book.

I emailed Shred Nations and less than 5 minutes later, I received a call from a prospective company to perform the task for me. They were VERY reasonable, so much so that I am not taking any other calls for this. Thanks Shred Nations

I posted shredding needs on Shred Nations and, despite promises of multiple prompt quotes to address my shredding needs, heard from no one. It appears that I was wasting my time. Others should not make the same mistake.

I appreciate that I got a very quick response with a recommended vendor, which was very helpful. The assessment for needs was accurate and the chosen vendor was very suitable for what we need to accomplish. Thank you!

I called Shred Nations and explained my situation (12 bankers boxes at my residence) and they had two companies that could help me. One called within 5 minutes of my initial inquiry and had a mobile shredding truck in my area. From the time I placed my call to Shred Nations until the time the shredding was complete was one hour and 13 minutes. I would say that is Excellent Service!

I did not realize Shred Nation did not do the actual shredding. That said, they had very qualified and competitive companies contact me. one company did not have the credentials for confidentiality when i requested them but the other companies were polite, professional and priced well.

I was under the impression that the company that came to do the shredding was to shred on site. Maybe I was mistaken. I was out of town, and I asked our front desk employee to watch a particular box being shred. When I came back in town, she let me know that they took all the boxes away to be shredded.
