Unfulfilled order
My order was unfulfilled as books apparently had to be ordered from the printers. This was not clear when I placed my order. I presumed they were in stock. After approximately 6 weeks I was finally issued with a full refund and an apology as the printers had not been able to produce the required books. This was frustrating and disappointing.

We’re really sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived. We understand how frustrating that is.
Your order was dispatched on 14 April, but unfortunately shipments to parts of the Middle East are currently experiencing delays due to significant regional disruptions affecting courier services.
That said, we’re actively investigating this with the courier and will be in touch with you directly by email with a clear update. If your order cannot be delivered within a reasonable timeframe, we will of course arrange a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Dear Stuart, We’re very sorry that your order took significantly longer than expected to arrive. We fully appreciate how frustrating that must have been.
This was a print-on-demand title, which typically takes a few weeks to produce before dispatch. Unfortunately, in this case, the production process took much longer than it should have.
We’re grateful for your patience while we kept you updated, but we recognise that the overall experience still fell short of the standard we aim to provide.

I ordered two different items
I ordered two different items, on Dec 18,2025. I received one of the items ordered.Here we are going into February and the snoopy wall calendar I ordered was never delivered. I never got an explanation as to why, or even a refund. I will NEVER order from this site again. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable!!!!!

Only despatched 1 item, advised then that they would be despatched separately and only when contacted them was advised can take upto 3 weeks for dispatch, had to cancel entire order very unhappy
