Die Lagereinheit war schmutzig
Die Lagereinheit war schmutzig. Extrem staubig, aber auch mit getrockneter Flüssigkeit auf einer Seite. Weil die Toiletten verschlossen sind (was wirklich verrückt ist. Eine Toilette zu haben, ist eine grundlegende Sache, die den Gang zum Lagerraum zu einer stressigen Erfahrung macht. Mir wurde gesagt, die nächste Toilette sei bei IKEA), musste ich Wasser von zu Hause mitbringen, um sie zu reinigen. Meine App funktionierte nicht, aber der junge Mann an der Rezeption war hilfsbereit, änderte etwas am IT-System und die App funktionierte. Er sorgte auch dafür, dass ich verstand, wie die App funktioniert, und es funktionierte alles reibungslos. Das Schloss wartete in der Wohnung auf mich, wie in der E-Mail beschrieben. Das heißt, die E-Mail sollte einen Link zum Grundriss enthalten. Der Link funktioniert nicht und ich schickte eine E-Mail, um den Grundriss zu erhalten. Mir wurde gesagt, es sei ein IT-Problem und die IT-Abteilung habe der Person, die mir gemailt hatte, nicht geantwortet, und ich könne einfach den Schildern folgen. Der Grundriss wurde mir nicht zur Verfügung gestellt.

Ich musste schnell aus meiner Wohnung…
Ich musste schnell aus meiner Wohnung raus und da war die Lagerung meiner Dinge in ein Lager die beste Option. Die Anmietung über das Internet war einfach und ging schnell. Zu meinem Glück war das Lagerhaus gleich Kinder Nähe und die Unterbringung ging schnell, es vor Ort Wägen gibt die man zum transportieren benutzen kann. Ich bin super zufrieden.
