Der Mitarbeiter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er hat mir die App sehr gut erklärt und mir gezeigt, wie ich in meine Box gelange.
Ich habe mich für eine größere Box entschieden, und es war völlig problemlos zu tauschen.

Alles lief einfach und unkompliziert. Zeitlich total flexibel, da kein Mitarbeiter vor Ort benötigt wird.
Die Anlage ist sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

Kompetent
Kompetent, unproblematisch, netter Kontakt.
Nicht sonderlich gut: Zwangshaftpflichtversicherung. Eigene Hausratversicherung gilt nicht. Monatlicher Mietpreis erhöht sich damit um 15€. Warum nicht gleich in den Mietpreis einrechnen??

Die Beziehung des Lagerraums war sehr unkompliziert und mit den Räumlichkeiten und dem Zugang sind wir sehr zufrieden.
Die Mitarbeiter von Shurgard haben wir als freundlich und zuvorkommend erlebt.
