Really helpful getting keys for locker on the first day of contract. Smooth process, only took 5 minutes to collect keys and shown how to use them on my locker and a very friendly member of staff.

3rd time I’ve been to this Shurgard, and the service keeps getting better and better each time. Friendly staff as well.

They were closing up and on the verge of going home but still made time to book me in and escort me to show me my storage unit.

James was particularly helpful ensuring I was all set with the app and code to enter the building, which is very secure, clean and well ventilated. He happily showed me the unit I had been allocated and reminded me of the notice period so that I wouldn't pay more than I have too.

Great storage facility. Well-constructed, offering lots of size choices, good security system, excellent HVAC, plenty of parking, and 24-hr access. I've used Shurgard several times in the last 15 years and I've always been very happy with them.

I was served my Alex who was very helpful in showing me around the space, explaining the Terms of having a storage unit without taking too much time to do so
