Great value, excellent service! I changed my storage over from another company as it was half the price with Shurgard. On top of that, their system for access to storage was no fuss, easy and very secure. They had accidentally let me book to open my account on a day they weren't open, and the manager was kind enough to come in for a half hour on the day to let me open my account anyway due to the error on their part. This is fantastic service, and I'm really happy with using them. Can highly recommend.

I met the rudest behaviors and attitude in Greenwich branch on 27/12/22 after 13:00.
As your colleague didn’t know what is greeting, she interrupted my question, blamed me for no reason and tell me if I am unhappy with her attitude and behaviour I shouldn’t use your service.

Could you please provide training of your staff as it is awful, I met her first time for last 5 years, hopefully never again?!

Had to use Shurgard Self Storage as i was moving and it honestly went so smoothly wich always help when you’re moving. Checking was very quick and efficient. The team was clear on instructions. This whole experience was great!

I rented a storage space for 2 months and can only recommend Shurgard Self Storage - Greenwich. Competent and very helpful staff helped me with the initial booking and ending the contract was easy. The facility was well maintained and felt very secure. Should I need to rent a storage space again, I will not hesitate to go here again.

Easy to check in. Clean and bright space. But nowhere near enough trolleys. They had 4 in use when we arrived with a van full of stuff to unload.

Quick and easy to set up. Easy access . clean storage.

Great and painless experience with Shurgard. Very professional the whole service. Made the reservation in the morning, got the storage almost instantly and and was ready to deposit 2-3 hours later. The guy at the reception in North Greenwich London complemented the service by showing me the ropes around. Really positive

The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Gregory and Adam gave me great support when I needed to upgrade my storage to a larger unit. I highly recommend Shurgard to any potential customer looking for a storage unit.

Really good price and offers. Online booking is easy and swift. Great service in general and I would use them again and recommend to friends.

The only issue is there is no toilet facility after their office is closed.
They don't have 24hr access
They don't have storages all over UK. Only in London
Also the storage is cold during winter as there is no heating. I don't know how this would affect my stuff long term.

Apart from those points Shurgard is by far the best storage company.
