This app had many relaxing features and has helped me sleep way better I definitely recommend this app it is a life saver ❤️

I saw Shut eye advert on Instagram and decided to try them for seven days, to see if it will help with logging my sleep activity. Looking at their app, was so busy and confusing that I thought I cannot do this, but Shut eye had immediately gone through my Apple Pay and taken £49.99 from my account, even after I cancelled. This is bad.

The recordings are inaccurate and say I need more deep sleep and have sleep apnea, which worried me. I definitely have no problems with either after doing my research. I have emailed several times to let the developers know and they have not responded to date.

This is a SCAM!

I didn't even subscribe any plans the app automatically charged me for the yearly plan without any of my consent! I downloaded app once and removed it. I've reached out to both Apple Support(this scam app don't even issue an invoice) and my CC bank to chase the fund back as this is such an obvious stealing!

Refund my money now! everyone please DO NOT download this app!

7 day trial, but they took the money immediately. That’s fraud!

I am not receiving the output or results offered. The accuracy of my journal is questionable and inaccurate due to a glitches in the app. At my awakening the graphs are pretty clear and true. I go back to them only to find them reduced or erased. I've asked for tech support but have yet to hear from anyone. By this happening all of my data is incomplete or compromised and untrue, causing questionable results that are not useful. Why this is still happening 3 months in disturbs me... I blamed myself in the beginning because I was new, now I know it comprises the accuracy and agreement on what has been offered and what I actually receive. It's ends up not being helpful to me.

Guided meditation and claiming features like rain or forest sounds have become my nightly routine.

After several nights experience, I am Very disappointed that the shut eye app is so inaccurate. It does not recognize or record when I am awake even when I repeatedly say I am still awake outloud. It just records those declarations as sleep talk. I wish there was a way to set it to be more sensitive as I am often laying very still. I am going to ask for my money back.

I started a free 7 day free trial, I cancelled on the fifth day. However, shuteye took out a year subscription money from my account.
Shuteye confirmed I had cancelled my account but did not reimburse my money. I tried to contact on the App but they wanted another payment so even though I have paid, I don’t have access. I have sent two emails over the last three weeks on their website and have received no response to either. I have now found a phone number, which is odd because it is a mobile for their Headquarters in London! I thought, I would comment on their company on Trustpilot to try and warn other people of their fraudulent dealings.

I downloaded a free 7 day trial.I found it interesting as do suffer sleep apnia and tend to talk in my sleep.(but listening to recordings just noises coming out of mouth)The thing that intreged me more was footsteps recorded.Still cant figure out what noises are as asleep at time but quite loud.Overall interesting experiment but not worth subscribing to

Always remember to turn off when extra bedroom recreational activities as I found out. Next day I said to my partner, see you do snore, 4hours of audio.
I played i I could of died 4hrs of us having sex the funnier side it also came under noise, footsteps, animal, noise strange sounds. Absolute bonus no f##y farts recorded go me 😅😅

I do not recommend this app it is a joke, and definitely not worth the money tried it one time, and they took $64 out of my account, and denied me a refund and I appealed, and still denied for this useless app that didn’t monitor anything, but 20 seconds of my sleep, and after deleting the app it still took my money!! Not happy with this app at all!!! I want my money back or I’m turning use into the better business bureau, and I’m gonna start a petition to take use to court!!! I’ve reported it to Apple, and cancelled before the trial period, and you still took my money, and I was denied twice to get my money returned!!!!

So I listened to the lovely talks, recognising how I feel, was like a moth to a light and then boom, there was the money aspect, like a cult, now this scares me as I'm go low to my bottom low, but I puck my self up with my self help, yet people around the world listen to whp are at their lowest and pick up on this crap and give over their money, ohhh the site makes you feel like they understand you, they DO NOT, THIS IS A SCAM..PLEAEAE THEY INTICE YOU IN AND THEN ASK FOR MONEY...I went with the videos thinking omg, I'm understood until the payment option came next...

They took money from my account before I canceled the trial and I need my money back, why would I pay $60 for this crap. This is so misleading and a scam. Plz send my money back!!!!

Totally worthless app. Just a fake hoax sleep app.

Scammed by these!!!!! Signed up for free trial but charged £50 IMMEDIATELY!!! do not fall for this like I did.

Edit: Thankful to Apple for accepting my claim and looks like I’m going to receive a refund. The people that own this app should be ashamed of themselves, I’m going to really struggle until pay day because you have acted this way and having read the last months reviews you clearly know what you’re doing and have very little care for people and maybe you should think about that.

I tried shuteye for 14 nights before I asked for my money back. It was very inaccurate. When I laid awake it said I was sleeping. When I got up to go to the bathroom and looked at the time, the app said I was sleeping. When I was sleeping it often said I was awake. It cannot be trusted. Do not waste your money on this app
