I ordered my books from here because we don’t have any Islamic book stores here in Austria and I am amazed! The shipping was very cheap, they sent it out not even 2 hours after completing my order on the website, it arrived a week earlier than expected, it was packaged beautifully and all the books arrived safely and are ready for my studies🌸🌷 may Allah reward you immensely

Every time I have purchased from SifatuSafwa, I have been more than satisfied with their products and their service. My last order was accidentally sent to the wrong address do to a technical error which neither the company nor the delivery service were aware of - but the representative from SifatuSafwa was swift to respond to my inquiry and kept me updated on the re-shipment of my books, which arrived in just a few days time.

J'ai déjà eu à échanger plusieurs fois avec le responsable et je pose BEAUCOUP de questions, il a toujours pris le temps de répondre à mes questions et quand il n'a pas le produit que je recherche, il essaie de me trouver un équivalent.

Je n'aime pas acheter chez des libraires qui ne savent pas ce qu'ils vendent et malheureusement c'est souvent le cas dans notre communauté. Ici, le responsable est vraiment capable de me donner des détails, différences et spécificités des livres qui se ressemblent. C'est un atout pour pouvoir faire un choix sans regret.
Ensuite, j'ai pu constaté après plusieurs comparaisons qu'ils sont beaucoup moins chers que d'autres maktabas sur telegram ou en ligne.
J'ai déjà pu constaté des prix deux fois moins cher qu'ailleurs.
Les livraisons sont rapides et en cas de soucis de livraison le sav est réactif et prêt à intervenir.
J'ai déjà reçu deux colis en retard, une première à cause d'un livreur qui ne voulait pas me livrer et une autre fois à cause des fêtes et ils étaient prêts à me renvoyer une autre commande MAIS Al hamduli Llah j'ai fini par retrouver les commandes.
