Like the rest of the business owners who have commented, I too have lost all of my invoicing and expense data since the site has stopped working. I am beyond livid as I have used this platform for my business for the past few years so I lost quite a bit. No notice, no communication...nothing! I am now using Zoho which is quite nice but I am still a little put off with cloud services.

Terrible - went down about three months ago and it hasn't worked since, lost three years of invoicing.

Very, very bad service indeed.

No announcements, no information, no contact information.

I only send invoices once a month, so I'm not sure how long Sighted has been non-operational, but it's been 10 days and I'm still getting an error message.
I will say that I have since began using Invoicely (because I needed to get my invoices out somehow!) and I prefer Sighted's interface, but seriously, I haven't even seen an apology email about why the site is down or a 404 page that professes that the site will be up again soon. I'm not sure if it's coming back or not, but I feel like a heads up would have been nice. Instead, they opted to hold everyone's business operations hostage for an indeterminate period of time. The worst.

When it works it does the job however the constant error msgs and being unable to login to your account and then getting no response from the company, makes this a very poor product. Albeit free software I’d rather pay for a service that works.
Def wouldn’t recommend if your business is solely reliant on this means of invoicing.

I have my whole companies invoicing system on your servers and they went down about 3 weeks ago and are still not working - No response to support requests - I have tax returns to do with no data!! I am taking legal advice!
