We recently bought a X4 from this company. The car is quite simply STUNNING…the best looking car we have ever had. The detail and finish on the car are second to none. Easy no pressure sales … basically because they don’t need to the cars sell themselves! Raja is just amazing the loveliest of guys! Bought a ford ranger from scs recently. Previous vehicles I'd viewed were below advertised condition and Adam in sales assured me theirs was worth the 5 hr return trip to view.
I wasn't disappointed and bought the vehicle.
There were outstanding ford recalls which he put right before collection, then on returning home I found an issue with a wheel cap and the load bed lock key. He promptly sent me brand new parts to resolve.
Adam and his team come highly recommended as I judge businesses on sorting issues and I'm VERY particular about things.

Bought a BMW X5 from here and was very happy at first, now when i say AT FIRST, i really do mean it because very shortly after purchasing the vehicle it started squeaking (the following Morning)..a fully RAC Approved vehicle squeaking? How could that be possible. They collected the car and had to change the break pads, i then had the car back in my possession's and within a couple of weeks i was driving and suddenly the rear suspension dropped completely leaving the car to just bounce uncontrollably, now i have a 1 year old baby in the car with me at all times, we are always up and down the motorway, Thankfully i was not on the motorway at this time going 70mph or this would of most likely been a ‘Death caused by faulty car’ complaint. Anyway..I expressed my concerns with the company and the suspension got fixed after a certain amount of time, i was promised and reassured that this will NEVER happen again and its very rare, cut to about 3 weeks later and surprise surprise it happens AGAIN. Of course i was completely shocked by this as i was promised this wouldn't happen again, they took about 4 weeks to sort out a date for the car to be taken into the garage (Leaving me with no vehicle at all during this time not even a courtesy car), changing my appointment many times messing me around, i then had to arrange a pick-up truck myself to take the car to them, this was never reimbursed by the way, and the. they fixed the car within afew days, i had to also pay for a friend to drive me to the place to collect my car (more expenses on my head). I didn’t get nowhere near enough empathy Shown to me even though the issues were clearly their fault. There is a no refund policy and they are very unhelpful so now I am stuck with a car that who knows when the next issue will occur causing obvious anxiousness when driving.
Do yourselves a favour and never purchase a vehicle from this company. Or you will learn the hard way, just as I did.

AVOID ! WARNING ! ⚠️

They claim all there vehicles are RAC Approved and road worthy, All the BMW cars they have from over 80,000 have had nothing done to them which means you will have to repair at some point, THATS UNDERSTANDABLE AND EXCEPT-ABLE HOWEVER to have my car in the repair center 3 days later for a front new tyre is not what you expect on a £16,500 car, there was no screen wash, the car was not clean when dropped off and a chillie Doritos empty packet was in the cup holder and the car smelt of cigarettes, Very unprofessional service and very rude staff.

Dodgy dealer, even tried to blackmail me upon (paid) receipt of the car!

All sweetness, until we discovered a major, non-advertised and never mentioned huge scratch all over the rear windscreen. At that point, and given that we arranged a pick up on arrival by airplane, the so-called dealer tried to blackmail us into not complaining! However, by then we already paid and got the papers.

Within days, the car showed a serious oil leak. Following the RAC warranty procedure, I took it to Audi who discovered that whoever did the service incompetently used two washers instead of one. Also, despite the car being advertised as fully and newly serviced, they discovered that the brake fluid hadn't been changed.

RAC refused responsibility and blamed it on the dealer. The so-called dealer claims that they should have been contacted (not RAC procedure at all) and denies any responsibility, as usual. They even laughably threatened to sue for giving them bad, factual marks in an invitational RAC survey! Hence, I doubt that even most of the reviews here are real and not left under threat of supposedly legal action.

Either way, there is zero trust here, they have broken it every single time. Based on our personal experience, there is only one recommendation we can give: AVOID AT ALL COST!

Had bad experience with other car dealers in past. (this always makes you apprehensive when buying secondhand cars). But these guys really do go above and beyond to help people with any concerns when buying from signature car specialist even when you're on edge. Thank you for your continued support.

I want to say a massive thank you to Signature Car Specialists! Buying a used car can be a minefield but the guys at SCS made it easy by being great at what they do. After looking round at several cars It was refreshing to deal with people that are honest and reliable. I love my new car and had a very good experience with SCS both during and after the sale.
