Cooks Cast Stone Avaliações

Your website mentions 10 day delivery. It's been 20 and still mothing

I have edited my original 2 star rating following a very positive reaction from Sean (CEO) to resolve my complaint.
I have to add the plinth I ordered is fabulous.

I received a product that is not at all like the one on the website. It is smeared with white paint in several places.

Amazing customer service from Sean , and we loved the sun dial and plinth when it was delivered

I placed my order without any difficulty.
The sundial was delivered at the time and date stated. The cast stone represented good value for money.
A point to note is that the stone comes in three parts but does not include any fixing material.

Lovely statue delivered, we are a Care Home and ordered it for a memorial for one of our staff who died very young. This is a lovely memorial to her. We are all very pleased with the sundial stone we ordered.

Excellent communication and very helpful and friendly to deal with. Ordering was so easy and I was made to feel totally secure and confident with my purchase and the company. Delivery service and communication top notch.

Very pleasant people to deal with, although minored delivery issues which were handled very professionally.

Delivery when promised. Helpful and kind delivery persons.

Quick and easy to deal wirh. The item was well packaged and the statue is lovely.

The service was excellent from that first phone call to delivery. Very helpful. Delivery driver obligingly sited pallet on driveway away from kerbside. Packed so well with carpet underlay and carpet, nothing moved on pallet. The free gift was an added surprise, thanks for that. Sundial looks brilliant. Very pleased with whole process. Would recommend. Many Thanks again.

This is a lovely little plinth with a simple shape which is ideal for a small garden. Delivery was quick and the item was very well packed so not damaged in transit. I am looking forward to` getting my sundial on and getting it positioned in the garden

It has been a pleasure to deal with this company from start to finish, The service was personal and extremely helpful. The sundial came well wrapped and delivered on time. The sundial was even better than it looks on the website. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The bird bath is well made, looks very good, was well packed and delivered on time. All in all the service from ordering to delivery was great.

Just received my dog garden ornament, it is beautiful. The service was brilliant and the quality of the item is amazing! Well packed to prevent any damage in transit. Great service, thank you!

We were looking for a garden plinth and sundial as a wedding gift. Sean was very helpful in enabling us to reach a decision and also very supportive in arranging for delivery to a London address in time for the wedding, particularly when so close to Christmas. We felt confident throughout the process that all our needs would be met and would have hesitation in recommending Sean and Signature Garden Statues in the future.
