N'achetez pas en Angleterre !!!!
Quand tu achètes des produits en Angleterre, tout n'est pas clairement exprimer.
J'ai effectué un achat de petites raclettes pour la pose de vinyle, 2 lots de 4 pour un montant d'achat de 72,49€ avec des frais de livraison pour un montant de 8£ HT et là....
J'ai eu des frais supplémentaires qui ne m'étaient pas indiqués au moment de l'achat :
- frais de virement SEPA 27,5€
- taxes de douane 20€
- frais de livraison en France 8€
Soit un total, en plus de mon achat de 55,50€

We're sorry to hear that you a were disappointed due to the additional fees you were required to pay on your product import, though please note we do make customers aware of these in our delivery information page.
As these vary dependent on the country of import and the goods, we suggest that you check locally prior to ordering to make you aware of any import fees:

SEPA fees are only charged by some payment providers, therefore we could suggest trying an alternative payment provider in future that does not charge these fees to keep the costs lower.
The customs charge for duty is controlled by French customs and out of our control, and deferment (which you have referred to as delivery cost in France) is the charge from the courier for processing the import duty fees and allowing the payment terms to be longer by paying it to them instead of customs.
We hope this gives you a better awareness for anything you may order from the UK in future.

Thank you for your review Michael. You were quoted our standard next day courier rate which is £10.95+vat. Your order would have qualified for free delivery over £99 net value.
One of the products you ordered is classed as hazardous goods and not accepted into the Royal Mail network (which would've offered you a delivery charge of £5.65 for Tracked 48 delivery).
We can happily ship the other items out to you via this delivery method and cost if you would like, but unfortunately we must stick to the regulations of shipping dangerous goods as set out by our delivery partners.
You are also welcome to arrange collection with your own courier if you would prefer in future.
Please do get in touch with us in future, to discuss the options available to you beforehand so we can best advise you.

That made the product all in all very expensive. That’s the only downer but service is great. But I will order next time for this amount elsewhere because of those extra costs.
