Exactly what I ordered

had ordered yard signs from them in the past and was satisfied. However, my last order in May 2026 that was not the case. VERY flimsy and the print stated peeling off the signs after only 4 weeks in the yard. I reached out initially to let them know the issue with the signs being very flimsy.l and sent video of about 4/5 signs. They asked for at least 10 of the 100 ordered. So I sent another 5 videos. After 3 days they offered me $90 refund in my $620 order. I felt that was ridiculous but I was tired of fighting and begging them to make it right. 3 weeks later I noticed pair coming off some of the signs that were put out. I sent the required video and mentioned the issue with the signs previous. Of course, they had to get to with their “quality” department again. After 3 days they offered a $50 refund. I paid over $600 for horrible quality signs and I got $140 refund. They never offered me to send these back and get more signs and consistently offered what I thought was peanuts for the issues with these signs. There is no doubt I will need to buy signs somewhere else to replace these within 4-6 weeks. Not to mention I added the special costing that is supposed to stop this from happening. I NO LONGER recommend to my friends and I will no longer buy from them. To my surprise my LOCAL sign shop was actually the same price! And absolutely better quality. I probably ordered 1000 signs through them and at least 100 banners over the past 15 years or so For my business. They have lost my business!
So now… I am buying at my local shop and regret not doing that from the start.

For a small business you guys rock! Were a family of 5 soon to be 6 maybe even 7 and we started an appliance business. having access to prices this great has been a game changer for us and our marketing costs!

The promo advertised was misleading and wasn't actually a promotion as much as just showing an available option at a very high price. Disappointed overall with the purchase process. I hope the product is going to meet expectations.
