This company is without doubt run by cowboys and liars. UNDER NO circumstances trade with them - you will be sorry. I ordered a Aviator jacket - what a bloody joke. I ordered a larger size than normal as recommended and It would hardly fit over my arm !!!! Quality is a disgrace - not leather as described - and the lining is about 1mm thick - hardly going to keep you warm. There were no labels at all anywhere on the jacket which suggests they were obviously hiding from the fact it is total rubbish. They have offered me something from their range up to the value I paid and if they think I am stupid enough to go down that round dream on.Full refund or else.

Ordered a size bigger & it was wrongly labelled not right size. Jacket NOT fit for purpose. I was offered the option to purchase other goods at same value but no further jackets on their website. Then then offered 50% refund & I can keep Jacket. It's no use to me as it doesn't fit. It's such poor quality I wouldn't give it to anyone. They expect it to be returned to China for a full refund at customers expense. I have put claim in with my credit card company for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM SILAMORA they seem to be a scam website. Poor communication & impossible to deal with.

Terrible service, quality of bag appalling, advised as leather, just cheap plastic. They don’t advise that the product comes from China and customer are expected to pay for return. Save your money, don’t purchase

Finally received my Clément Aviator Jacket today, 2nd April. The website promised delivery to UK within 15 days, the tracking information stopped working after 11 days. I had to email three contacts on 22nd and 25th March from various order confirmations (including Matias Cardoza) to find out what had happened to it. Three days after I emailed Matias Cardoza I was informed that it would be taken up with logistics and the following day, tracking started again. When the parcel arrived from China, I opened it up and discovered that the 2XL size was a very tight fit across my 44" chest and the sleeves slid halfway up my forearms when I lifted them. Definitely not suitable for me to wear. The return policy, when translated from the websites Spanish, said that retus have to be to a site in central China to be advised by e-mail and the return is at the senders expense.

Instead of 45/47 it measures 42/43 armpit to armpit

Ordered a sheepskin jacket from this company as they claimed to have excess stock in UK. Thought something was up when it shipped from China. What arrived was a cheap polyurethane jacket with really poor quality zips. In no way met what was advertised. Avoid Silamora.

AI-generated content. Awful facebook ads. Seems to be a doggy company selling products from China (dropshipping). I don't expect to receive anything at all, and if so, returning it seems to be hard work and not free.

Absolutely ludicrous and terrible customer service. I'm fairly sure these people are scammers. I ordered a jacket from Silamora on Friday, without asking me they charged me for two jackets, although the second jacket was charged at 50% less. Since then I have sent over 20 emails to these people, not one has been answered. I have no idea if the jacket lve ordered will actually arrive or what quality it will be. These people say the jacket is made from top quality leather, but if the quality of the merchandise is anything like the quality of their customer service the jacket will probably be total rubbish. Experience has told me that if a deal appears too good to be true, it probably is. To date l have heard absolutely nothing more about my order or when it's likely to arrive. I certainly don't hold much hope of ever seeing it. UPDATE. It's now over a week since l ordered the jacket from these scammers, as predicted the jacket has not arrived and not one single email has been answered. Scammers, nothing but thieving scammers.
