Bought issimo necklace on the 20/11/25 today's date 01/01/26... And the thing is already turning ( BROWN.) what a piece of CRAP 😭......

Found I could not fasten these earrings by myself, my husband tried to fasten them for me but also found them difficult, whilst trying to fasten them we lost one of the small silver beads and could not find it anywhere.
This must be the worst purchase we have ever made from Silver By Mail.

Ordered an engraved ring with Louis on it and it looks like louig and they don’t care. Thanks she will love the ring with her son louig on it .

My mum found a gorgeous 3 stranded bracelet on their website that she liked. I bought it for her birthday. 3 months later one of the strands broke in 2. I contacted the customer service team to see if it could be repaired or another to be sent. I sent photos to prove the bracelet was broken. The customer service I received was shocking! They said that my mum had snapped it and there’s nothing they can do as it is “wearer error”. They were ever so rude. I suggest that you spend your money elsewhere so that you don’t become disappointed. Silver By Mail please consider your customers and treat them with respect.

The ring broke - a stone fell out - and i contacted them.
They need photos and would require the item to be returned. Presumably registered. I can't do this as I am severely disabled and bedbound.
I just wish business understood the needs of the disabled.

Expensive bracelet (£109) bought for a milestone birthday turned black after one wear and stored away in jewellery box as was saved for special occasions. Customer service told me to return it for inspection (costing me over £8), tried to clean it then returned it to me saying nothing they could do. Very poor customer service, no apology, empathy or offer of recompense. I will no longer spend money at this company. AVOID!

I nearly lost an earring because the back of the stud will not stay on. Within an hour of wearing i realised it had come out, on checking the back is just sliding up and down the earring.
