I guess it all boiled down to a new eSIMs - caused that fix the problem. It took a while trying each fix, but you have to go through the motions to get the right results. A++++ to Andy - Silvercell Customer Service

This phone service is touted as cheaper for seniors. It would be if things worked as I liked. I purchased a flip phone which I couldn't hear on well at all, so I wanted to go back to my old phone. They expected me to be able to put the new sim card in the old phone, and I couldn't do it so they said to have someone help. Who?
I contacted Silvercell and they said they will be sending me a new phone. Will advise when received.
Received my new phone and it's working fine. Thanks Silvercell!

Scott and Robin were both excellent to work with. Wow! I was really impressed the way Scott walked me threw everything. I had a hard time figuring out a few things on my phone but the way Scott explained it to me, it was like, wow, I had been doing phone stuff for ever...lol.
