When I signed up this morning there was an error with the system at silver cell but I patiently worked with the gentleman named Scott and he noticed there was something really wrong and he said wait about an hour and 2 try all over again and ask for him and he would help me walk through and he jumped on my screen and did just that we were able to set up a new account and I ended up going with the $25 a month unlimited plan and so far everything is amazing if this is the way the company starts off by helping Seniors then it can only go up from here I'm very happy and joyous and I want to share this news with everybody all of my friends

I appreciate a company that focuses on the customer and not just on profits. Its what they say it is. Easy to use and cost a lot less than verizon. Glad we switched.

Obvious Data throttling, with YouTube video playing at 244 fps. Annie in the chat doubts that's what is happening because my data use is so minimal. I cancelled service immediately.

I was on the website tryin to ask a question but the chat box never came up, even tho I could see the worker writin. Then I sat near 30 minutes on the phone page… put my phone model in and it just kept spinnin round. I even refresht it a few times but nothin happend.
