Very helpfull and polite when filling the form in. Made a far better job of doing it than I would if I had filled it in on my own.
Still had to answer a few questions from DWP over the phone and physically sign 2 parts of the form, which I wasn't expecting (Might be worth making people aware). All in all, very happy.

Silverwings were great, they took their time with me to ensure we covered everything. The staff were friendly, understanding and thorough.

From beginning to end I was kept informed about my claim , silverwings benefits definitely help with every aspect in filling out forms taking stress away when not confident about doing it yourself, certainly worth a phone call.

I applied for Benefits as I have started to decline in my 70’s and require assistance. The DWP invited me to an interview. My wife assisted me to get to the interview. Where a very rude DWP representative told me “ You managed to get to the office so you don’t need benefits!! Thank you for coming”. At a total loss a friend suggested I contact Silverwings. The best thing I could have done, they were understanding, helpful and helped me achieve my benefit award.
When the DWP called to tell me that my claim had been successful the told me that I shouldn’t have used Silverwings as they would charge me a fee. Well if it wasn’t for Silverwings I wouldn’t of obtained the benefit so I think the fee was more than worth every penny.

Hi folks, I am a former employee of the civil service. I am writing this as I find this service completely unethical. There are free services set up by the government to help people complete claim forms. The only purpose this company serves is to profit off your own unfortunate circumstances. Please look elsewhere and avoid services like these. They encourage you to enter a legal pact which entails you handing over 15% of your attendance allowance award (which only you are entitled to). Stay vigilant.
