Had issues ordering physical sim as putting in activation dates (for 3 cards) as the system kept changing it by 1 day. Messaged Sim Corner and they responded quickly. They will look into issue but on my order not a problem as will activate when I put Sim in cell.

I used SimCorner last year for a trip to New Zealand, and it was so easy to use, with no glitches at all. And if you ever need a quick response, they really do respond quickly. I had to reach out to them prior to my trip to New Zealand, and they satisfactorily responded to my request. As well as my recent purchase of my Europe Sim, I needed my phone number prior to my trip and within less than 24 hours they provided me with it. Looking forward to using it in Europe this year.

Late November I bought a SimCorner to cover a number of countries in South America. Unfortunately although having checked compatibility prior to purchase the eSIM did not work on my mobile. However, the customer service I received was second to none. My emails were replied to immediately and a refund was issued promptly. I intend to get an iPhone the next time I travel and would not hesitate to buy from SimCorner precisely because of the great customer service received.
