Great quality products received
Packaged well at a great price.

Bought as a gift, so I’m hoping the recipient will be happy. Arrived very quickly and with good communication.

I have ordered two ceramic loaf trays. One of them, sadly, arrived broken so I immediately got hold of customer service. They’ve addressed my issue in an expedient and professional way. Highly recommended!

First time of using Haus and will definitely be back! Clear and concise product listings, easy to order and prompt delivery service.
A pleasure to do business with! 😀

Fast, excellent service.

The Haus Deals I secured were dealt with Efficiently Effectively & Speedily. Upon contacting Haus I was dealt with the utmost courtesy & my queries dealt with efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend "I Love Haus" to my Family & Friends

Customer service was amazing. They noticed I had purchased two items the same instead of two different items that I wished for. They were able to change my order to the items that I wanted which resulted in me not having to spend time and money returning the item I didn’t want. So once again thank you to customer service for being very alert and on the ball.

Customer service couldn’t be bettered. I had an issue with a Wusthof knife that I emailed about on a Saturday and I had a new knife delivered the following Wednesday

We have not yet used the dish. In fact it is a Christmas gift bnut it looks great

After having experienced many delivery debacles from other retailers lately, I was so very impressed and relieved when not only did ilovehaus deliver the correct items, they did it quickly, and nothing arrived damaged...twice! Thank you, ilovehaus!

Very good and fast

Katie in their sales/customer service department was absolutely fantastic in her service.

I submitted a query via the main website and was forwarded to her care - she was exceptional. Prompt and professional responses and super generous in the outcome.

Thanks again - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your firm!!

Ordered a knife, it arrived quickly, before due date. Good service.

Had been looking at Gefu Pepper Grinders online, didn't want to pay 35£, Haus are selling them for 17£!!! Quick delivery, but by luck of the draw it was faulty; a replacement was sent immediately. Very happy.

I have always baked my bread either freeform or occasionally in a loaf tin, and was sceptical about the effectivness of bread bakers or the cloche method, but no more! I purchased the Artisan Bread Baker in a gorgeous shade of red and was amazed at the crust and crumb of the very first loaf I baked in it. Super product. I'm definitely a convert!

Fast, efficient delivery!
