Ordered a buzz defender Suit- size small as I'm 5'3 uk 10- really comfortable suit and great quality with attention to detail where it matters- went with round veil- great visibility and comfortable fit! I highly recommend Simon the beekeeper - superb, fast delivery. I will definitely use again 👏

I have ordered many times from Simon the Beekeeper and they always post very quickly the quality is always fantastic - the frames are well made & easy to assemble and by far best value - customer service is also over & above and Kathryn has been so helpful - a huge thank you to the team.

I had a delivery of bee sryup that had leaked , I emailed company to make aware and the response I got was , rude and suggestive that I was telling the truth , they said they didn’t believe the shipment would have been delivered and I shouldn’t have accepted delivery , I was out , you can see on doorbell footage the container was empty, I’ve then had no reply in 2 weeks since I told them this Ive not asked for money back and have offered to return the container so they can see the seal is not broken , so unhappy with service wouldn’t use them again as I’ve had problems with delivery before shame

I have put in a few orders this season and all previous ones have arrived very quickly and I’ve come to expect a very efficient service from this company. The last order was a couple of weeks ago now and was still unfulfilled this morning. I emailed them to query when I could expect delivery and within an hour or so I had a call from a lovely staff member who explained they were simply waiting on stock of a queen marking pen. She very kindly offered an alternative and said she would ensure the rest of my order is shipped by the end of the day. True to her word, it has been. I’ve had no problems with previous orders, no issues contacting them, staff have been helpful and I have been very happy with their customer service response and resolutions.

We ordered amongst other things a topfeeder for a Paynes hive, as Simon the beekeeper is now the only place that you can buy them. They took our money BUT we received NO acknowledgement, when we rang 4 days later they hadnt dispatched the order, and didnt know where it was.These peple are at best useless and dishonest Do NOT use them. We now have no feeder for a new nuc, and will stop using Paynes hives.

No English Subtitles what a bitter disappointment. I bought the Blu-ray but even when I turn the sound up it can be difficult to understand.
I believe that there are a huge amount of Jason Statham fans will be feeling very let down and neglected.
What about the people who really really do need English Subtitles.

We have switched to using STB since Paynes Bees stopped selling equipment. Always a worry when you have to find someone new to trust but these are the guys. Knowledgeable, helpful and totally honest about the possible delays due to it being the best year for bees in a decade. Thanks and we will be back again, and again.

I am a Newby to beekeeping from the start I have gone to S.T.B for all my stuff hive and all the bits that go with starting up. My nuke is great the bees are very calm. Everyone have been helpful from Harry to the boys in the back I haven't had a bad experience.

Placed an order earlier in the week, with a view on getting it delivered before the weekend.
Chased the order twice and both times they could not give me a date it would be delivered.

Could even be service orientated to let me know it was going to be delayed.

Absolutely poor service. Will not be ordering anything from here again.

Bought 55 SN4 frames and foundation lured by the keen pricing but wary that cheapness often equates to poor quality. However, I was pleasantly surprised, the frames were perfect, and the wax foundation fitted without any fettling and the pins were provided too. Absolutely perfect - ten out of ten. I was able to assemble 11 frames in a little over 30 minutes. Kudos to Simon the Beekeeper.

I'm not sure how this company makes money with such good quality products at excellent prices. The cost of lots of packing tape must also eat into their profits as well! Over the years I have purchased hive parts, suits, tools, feed and feeders. I am pleased with all the purchases, the packaging and the speed of dispatch.

Very competitive prices and good quality products. The service was second to none. Phoned with a query and spoke with Harry who was incredibly helpful and clearly passionate about beekeeping. Placed my order on-line and it arrived within 24 hours - can you ask for anything more? Not really is my opinion and Simon the Beekeeper has just become my preferred supplier!

Great products, at a really great price. After watching Simon’s video demonstration I was sold on which NUC was going to be best, and ordered one. Less than 48 hours and it was at my door, having been extremely well packaged, and with frame nails also included(😲) Whole experience far exceeded my expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend to others!😁

Me and my partner are new to Beekeeping and purchased our first Bee suits from here. Unfortunately one of the teeth and stop fell off but after contacting the company they quickly provided us with a new suit after providing photo evidence of the fault. We have had no problems with any of the other products we have purchased and my partner even bought another suit of a different model from them recently. We will always shop here for any further products in future and the customer service was great.

I order a Settling Tank with Double Stainless Strainer and both arrived in under 24 hours! Both items are fantastic quality and I would happily recommend to anyone. Combined with great customer service an easily navigable web site. Its a win win every time. Thankyou so very much and I will be back.
