Pretty Good Service for a Smaller Independant. Also was able to register my Samsung Dryer for the extended warranty. Product was absolutely pristine and fully manfacturer wrapped (Unopened). Would use againn.

Firstly, we fiund what we wanted, £50 cheaper than in larger chains.
The ordering was very simple as was organising the delivery date.

Totally our fault, there was an issue and we were temporarily unavailable for delivery. But our delivery driver, didn't just dump and go, he called me and worked with me to find a solution. He then asked me to call him afterwards to make sure we were happy.

After been let down by amazon I sent an email them explaining that the tv must be delivered on a particular day either morning or afternoon as I was taking half a day holiday off work. They emailed me and said that would not be a problem and the Tv arrived bang on time. It was cheaper aswell BTW.

Impressed with the price of Samsung dishwasher compared to same one on sale in Currys - over £100 cheaper. Simple home appliances offered free delivery unlike Currys. Delivery was efficient. Overall happy with them. Would recommend.

I purchased a 50-inch Samsung TV online and overall had a very positive experience.
The website is excellent—very user-friendly, easy to navigate, and the product descriptions are clear and detailed, so you know exactly what you’re buying. There were plenty of payment options available at checkout, which was great, and I was able to use PayPal without any issues. The price was also very competitive compared to other retailers.
The TV itself arrived brand new, sealed in the original box, exactly as advertised, and it works perfectly. I’m very happy with the product and the value for money.
One area that could be improved is the delivery scheduling. I placed my order on a Saturday and selected an available delivery date for the following Monday. I made arrangements for someone to be at home that day, but unfortunately the delivery didn’t arrive until Tuesday. This was a bit inconvenient as plans had to be rearranged.
That said, once the delivery day was confirmed, I was given a clear four-hour time slot, which was very helpful, and the delivery arrived within that window. Communication on the day itself was good.
Overall, a great buying experience with an excellent website, fair pricing, and a quality product. With more accurate delivery date commitments, this would be a near-perfect service.

This is second time I’ve used Simple Home Appliances as I bought my washing machine from them last year. I bought a Samsung fridge freezer and it was cheaper than anywhere else I could find. Communication was excellent throughout — I was kept up to date the whole way by text, which made the process really easy.

The delivery team were great: they called me about an hour before they arrived, brought the fridge freezer into my utility room, unpacked it, and took the old appliance away without any hassle.

The fridge freezer itself has been great so far. Overall, a really smooth experience and I’d definitely recommend Simple Home Appliances.

I received prompt delivery of a latest model Samsung TV at a very good price. I raised an issue with customer support and that was dealt with promptly, too. So why not 5 star? Well, customers need to be aware that great prices sometimes have a hidden cost and that's why this is not a 5 star review. Because Simple Home Appliances are not a Samsung approves supplier when I tried ro register for the 4 year extendion to the warranty Samsing offer, I was refused. Not sure why Simple Home Appliances are not on Samsung's approve list. Something to think about.

All started out well. Took delivery of my new Samsung washing machine on September 04th (just over 4 months ago), and was having a happy washing experience until 5 days ago. The machine has been throwing up error codes and has completely stopped working.
Because the machine is only 4 months old, I contacted Simple Home Appliances by phone but to no avail!. Frustratingly, the phone goes straight to an answer service so you cannot speak to anyone so I had to revert to email which has been equally tedious.
I am still without a washing machine for the 5th day and no sign of a resolution from Simple Home Appliances.

Really helpful with sorting out a damage on arrival

I ordered a similar washing machine from Simple Home Appliances as the one originally purchased from Currys was damaged. SHA delivered on time however not within the time scheduled as I had notified them of the Council's parking attendants, As a result, they rushed through the delivery motion, while one of the two guys kept a lookout for the Council attendant and as a result did not level the machine or check whether the hose was correctly fitted to the outside. However on complaining about this to the Company, they refunded the Delivery Charge that was made. For that reason I would use them again.

I had a smooth experience with simple home. The ordering process was super smooth and the pricing was reasonable. I would consider them again form home appliances.

We bought a tumble dryer at a great price, and it was delivered on Sunday, which was very convenient. I am very satisfied with the service provided by this shop. Highly recommend
