Our water testing kits have proven popular because they are easy to use, safe and users can be assured of the quality as many of our water test kits and strips have been ETV/EPA performance-verified. Easy process but unresponsive customer service

Easy process, however the results took longer to arrive than stated on the website, and I found customer service quite unresponsive and unapologetic about it. If you say something on your website, respect it. And if you don't, at least have the courtesy to not ignore your customer :)

Very sorry to read your review, We pride ourselves on fast, accurate water testing so when we receive such feedback we quickly look into the order and test process to see any errors that may have occurred.

I have looked into your order for a laboratory water test and see the water was sampled on the 19th and arrived at the lab on the 20th (standard next working day for all laboratory water tests) . Due to the analysis falling over a bank holiday - results were completed on the 9th working day (late afternoon) and so the results were sent over on the 10th working day. We therefore apologise for the delay.

I also see we replied to your email within 24 hrs to say the results were due in a few days and then the results were sent over 2 days later.

I can also confirm the delay in results does not effect the test result received.

Offgrid testing

Comprehensive website, information well laid out, so easy to select the right test kit for me, the 12 in 1 pre and post test for my new offgrid water filtration system. Simple checkout process with good value postage options.

Excellent service

Excellent service! I tried them out on my first order after searching online, and this option looked the best of the kind. It turned out to be satisfactory, so I placed another order for a larger quantity.
Both orders came at more than better than first class.

Excellent piece of kit

Excellent piece of kit. Everything is included in the cost of the kit and the instructions are clear and consice.
Just off to send my samples back to Simplex Health, just follow the instructions and you can't go wrong.

I’ve used this company several times…

I’ve used this company several times without any issues, but was recently sent some very short-dated hard water test strips. I phoned and spoke to a very helpful man who apologised and sent out a replacement within 2 days- with a shelf life of 18 months. I judge a company by how well they respond when there’s a problem and SimplexHealth scored highly. Recommended!

Very straight forward

Very straight forward, no need to hover over items which can quickly 'disappear' on a site before you get a chance to chose an option! And nice speedy process.
