They are misleading customers atm as they do not have all the stock in that they are offering on line. Only do you find out you have to wait 3 to 5 weeks after you have paid. Seems dishonest to me

Received my aubergine slipper sofa today. Very pleased with the quality, seat exceptionally hard hope it eases with use. Delivery company excellent. Van broke down on original delivery day they rang me to let me know and arranged delivery for the following day at a time convenient to me. Would definitely recommend this company good quality items at a reasonable price and very quick delivery.

May I say thank you for the excellent service from yourselves with regard to our recent Glencoe Tartan purchase.

The driver called prior to arrival and my wife was really pleased to have the box deliverd directly into our hallway, by your very pleasant driver.

We are really pleased with the chaise, exactly as on the web site.

Beautiful, luxurious velvet chaise that everyone fights over. It sits in our picture window overlooking the sea.
Easy to place the order, good communication of delivery details and delivered on time, well protected.
Such good value for money and it really is a lovely product and still looks brand new months on despite kids climbing all over it.

Purchased my chaise with Andy. I rang up and he helped me through what legs and what fabric to order. It is now in my snug and looks and feels great. Thanks Andy I will be back again soon - Bev x

I read some bad reviews about this company AFTER purchasing.....BUT, they were brilliant! Especially for the price!! They delivered exactly when they specified and the chaise longues are beautiful. I needed mine for a salon so they are neat - all I needed. Would recommend.

Omg... I ordered 2 pieces of furniture and on the day of delivery it didn't come. Spent whole day waiting, took time off work to receive it. They didn't even message me to say it was not coming. The next day the excuse was "we were a man down in the office" They knew that my items were not coming and to not email or phone to say so, was a liberty!! To take orders in the hundreds of pounds and NOT deliver any thing is a disgrace.I emailed them 11 times to say my order has not come, It was the next day I got a response.
And there customer service is a joke, non existant. So please be wary of these people!!
When I asked for a refund the guy I spoke to got annoyed with me and put down the phone down on me.
The thing I can say is the lady that helped me with my refund went the extra mile to let me know the refund had been processed other then that they were completely shameful!!!
If I could give a zero star I would!!

I am not concerned about the delay. The service and products you provide and the reasonable cost is exceptional.
We were delighted with our Bertie Chair but I think we bought the wrong colour legs. We have gone for brown with the slipper chair. Is there any way to buy a set of brown legs for Bertie?
This new slipper chair along with Bertie will complete the furniture in our new offices in Exeter and we are very excited.

I took delivery of a beautiful chaise lounge this week which is a Birthday gift for my Mum's 80th Birthday and something she's always wanted. The qualify of the chaise lounge is superb and the material and colour are exactly as the picture in their online brochure. The workmanship is to a very high standard and my Mum and I are absolutely thrilled with it. The ordering process was quick and simple and customer service fantastic! The driver rang me to let me know when he was approx. 45 mins away which was so helpful and he was also extremely accommodating and kind. I can't remember having such good service from a company and I cannot recommend the company and their product highly enough.

I have just taken delivery of a "modern large chaise longue in silver crushed velvet" from Simply Chaise.....it is absolutely beautiful! From placing the order to receiving acknowledgements and updates on order status, it's been plain sailing. The delivery driver was friendly and helpful despite having been sent on a wild goose chase by satnav! The chaise was very well packaged and arrived undamaged and the legs were easy peasy to fit. The "build" is good quality and seems to be just as good as other products you may pay significantly more for elsewhere. I seriously recommend these people
