I took out a second charge mortgage for an extension and reached out to Simply Lending as my broker. Dan and Jackie looked after the whole process for me and made it so easy. From the beginning of the referral process to the end was seamless and romping pace. Karen Davey and Charlotte Jones were great ambassadors for Simply Lending. Conversations were professional with right amount of business humour. The team were excellent and start to finish was under 4 weeks and that included money hitting the bank account.

From my enquiry at the start to receiving our mortgage offer the customer service was excellent. I was originally contacted back by Ava who did all the original preparation and fact finding and washed exactly what we needed the mortgage for and how much and term. Fully explained the options available.
Our mortgage enquiry was then handed over to Ria and again she was very clear as to what paperwork was required from us and the next stages and timelines.
Superb from start to finish and very pleased with the service and speed of service received. Nothing was too much to ask.
