I had a really positive experience with Simply Lending and would definitely recommend them.

From the very beginning, my mortgage adviser (Alex) was incredibly supportive and made me feel listened to throughout the whole process. Buying a property can be stressful, particularly when things don’t go according to plan, but I always felt that I had someone on my side who was willing to help.

I didn’t have access to the best interest rate due to a lower credit score, but Simply Lending made it possible for me to get a mortgage when I otherwise may not have been able to.

The process also ended up taking much longer than expected, with issues and delays affecting the sale. After six months had passed, Simply Lending were able to help me secure a mortgage extension, which took a lot of pressure off and meant I could continue moving forward rather than having to start the process all over again. Alex actually found a lower interest rate, which was positive.

Overall, I’m really grateful for the support, patience and understanding I received throughout what was a long and difficult process.

First of all it was Lee who handled our case, he’s been excellent, from my initial enquiry I was contacted instantly and throughout the whole process he kept us informed throughout, we completely felt in good hands!
Once our formal application had gone in we were passed to Zoe who has also been great, kept us informed throughout and even when she was on leave, made sure others on her team kept us updated on our progress and any additional information we needed to provide.
We’ve just had our formal mortgage offer and we are absolutely ecstatic, we truly owe you everything for making our dream come true on a house that we simply couldn’t miss out on.

We have just completed on our first mortgage through simply lending! We’ve had an amazing experience from start to finish. We had a fairly complex case, and Alex was incredible throughout. Very knowledgable and was on hand to answer all of our questions and put us as ease. Once our application progressed we were then passed onto Jackie, who again was incredible - kept us updated and just generally was so helpful. We weren’t made to feel silly for any questions we had and they were both easy to get hold of. I cannot fault simply lending, and we will definitely use them again in the future for remortgaging. I would definitely recommend simply lending and will be forever grateful to Alex and Jackie for helping us own our forever home!
