I've had more contact with Simply Park today (on the only telephone number they offer for contact) so I am exercising my right to update my review of 3/6/24... The email we sent to bookings... (the only email address available) got a bland reply suggesting some-one would be in touch but that we may be able to hurry the process along by calling the car par number. So far (3 days later and still without a legall driveable car) we have had no further contact so I called and asked to be transferred to someone who could help. Twice these people (the ones who damaged out car) cut me off twice and then they blocked my telephone number. - They are Rogues with a capital R. Please avoid!
What a Joke dont use this company
Parked the car at Gatwick Cophall Parking on 12/02/24 . Checked in no problem Went to the airport on the mini bus all fine. On return a different matter. Flight delayed by 2 hours. Followed company instructions for pick up as we left customs.We were told the bus was on its way. Waited at the bus stop in the rain and cold at about midnight for 38 minutes. Phoned after 30 minutes to be told by a woman that due to local flooding the bus had been diverted and was also going to Gatwick south before collecting us. The bus arrived about 45 minutes after the first tel call. The driver collected us and then went on a round trip of the airport stopping at south terminal. The trip was half an hour until we arrived at the car park. Of course no apology for the delay. I asked the desk clerk where the flood was. To be told there wasnt a flood. So we had been fobbed off with absolute rubbish. The literature about the pick up says that ' no waiting around for the scheduled bus just 10 minutes from Gatwich airport'. It took us over an hour from the first telephone call to being dropped off to collect our car. What a joke. Do they think that they can lie and customers will believe them . Will certainly not recommend this company
Do not use them, they do not pay for damages they caused
Do not use them as they are contracting with cowboy providers who are damaging cars and do not take any responsibility for it.
I was told Simply Park and Fly only a price comparison site so they forwarded my complaint to the provider Sure parking.
Sure parking is not monitoring alloy wheels and for this reason they do not take responsibility for any damage their drivers do.
They damaged 3 of my alloy wheels which cost me £600!!!!
Excessive mileage
Booking system for simply park and fly was very easy, price was extremely competitive. On arrival at Gatwick handover was easy and straight forward, issue I had was when collecting vehicle,wait time was about 15 mins which is acceptable, problem is there paper work says vehicle is not taken from airport but I noted mileage before handover and again on collection and there was a difference of 14 miles therefore vehicle had been taken outside the airport.

Great service, we were met promptly at Heathrow & on our return our car arrived within 20 minutes of calling them. All clean& as we’d left it & very polite friendly staff

Bought cancellation cover, cancelled, no refund!
I booked for Monday Nov 27th and wanted to cancel. I sent an email on Sunday morning as their phone line is not manned after 5pm on a Saturday. Did not receive a response or the money. Phoned this morning at 9am and get an odd ring tone and a message saying that the number is not correct. I don't know what to do now. Booking reference SPF- ZSP8RG
Update, just received an email to say that if you cancel on a weekend it is not included in the 24 hours notice of cancellation!!
I will now disclose that the reason we cancelled was because I booked it and when my husband looked at companies house records and reviews he asked me to cancel as it wasn’t worth the risk . I am so glad I didn’t leave our car with them!!

I would give them a 0 if I could, we had a flight for Sunday our flight was cancelled on the Friday, I tried to call them and emailed them to try and swap the dates, with no reply.
I rang Monday 6/11/23 explained what had happened and I was told that I would get a refund.
2 weeks later still nothing, so I contacted them again they asked for proof of email that I had sent and my call logs to prove I had called them and no reply no refund!

I’ve used this company 5 times but this time they used Sure Parking Gatwick to park my car. Returned my Porsche to Gatwick with a scratched and dented rear. I’ve contacted them via email 3 times and phone call 3 times. No response to emails and then told to get in touch with another company that actually parked the car (Sure Parking) and damaged it. Told me they are only the booking agent. No further help offered or given. No response for other company despite same efforts, video and photo evidence supplied. Agent marked the card as returned damaged. Proof etc all supplied. My only choice now is to pay to repair myself, quoted £800 , and then do a CCJ. ! Nightmare! Booking ref SPF-YHODFR

Definitely avoid this car park service. I really don't know how it is being promoted by reputable sites.
It absolutely stinks of cannabis and seems to be run by a group of half stoned teenagers who have the foulest attitudes I've ever encountered. Then there are a few disinterested older men answering the phones who have an equally bad attitude.
We weren't told we had to pay extra for the shuttle to the airport as it seemed most weren't as there were a lot of complaining people. The girl behind reception shouted to her colleague "well if they don't want to pay tell them to f off and get a taxi"
As it happened we did get a taxi as there were over 30 people waiting for the shuttle bus to the airport.

My car was returned to me on 05/06/23 with a dent in the door. I was told to take a picture and send it into the office, which i did. The response I received is this company is not liable for any damage whatsoever which is in the contract. Do not use

Awful company
Awful company. Says 4.8 stars but I am unable to post my review on their site so you don't see the negative ones. Asked to cancel and they kept half the fee without checking and then wanted to charge me to rebook. Awful customer service do not use this company.
Car damaged with no compensation
Car was damaged after using this service. The company said they will investigate but after several emails and phone calls there was no response.
I am left with a damaged which I need to fit the bill for. Not even a refund for the service!

A good overall service.
BUT I wasn't happy with my car notifying me that the boot was opened for just over 30 minutes half way through my holiday! What were they looking for in my boot/car?? I called them at the time and they said my car was being moved! Why open the boot to move the car? What was all that about? And my dash cam had been disconnected. Concerned.

Rude and aggressive with no customer…
Rude and aggressive with no customer service basics. Tired from a long journey with crying toddlers, we were told we needed to pay more to the airport for exit fee because of the pickup location… the location we were told to use by then that would best suit a higher sided family camper. We reluctantly agreed to pay to avoid delay but would complain later and triggered the call agent to start shouting.
Used valet at LGW and LHR dozens of times, never had such an experience and I won’t be using again.
