when the plant arrived it was boxed…
when the plant arrived it was boxed very well but the plant it self was looking like it was one they found at the back of the nursery lots of dead leaves which over time I can understand you get but why did they not remove them, only time will tell if it survives.

Initial plant problem sorted out with 100% satisfaction.
On arrival, I saw that the plant was suffering from 'leaf scorch'. After discussing this with Hannah from customer services, it was decided that,as they were unable to replace item with a 'like for like ' replacement,and there was no suitable substitute, my payment was refunded in full. Quite happy with the outcome,and I would certainly use Simply Plants again,knowing that any defect can be addressed.

I had to wait much longer than expected…
I had to wait longer than expected for the plant but it was great when it finally came and the company were very helpful: answered emails promptly, refunded postage and offered alternative plants.

Plant order
I ordered 3 Japanese burberis plants, 2 black currants and 3 others. I was very disappointed with two of the burberis as they looked burnt and had very few leaves. Those that were there were curled up.

My first purchase with you
My first purchase with you. Only one long stem on this shrub had any living leaves, the shorter stems had one or two dead or dying leaves. As the long stem needs to be shortened to match the shorter stems, to create a more balanced looking plant, it means that I will not be able to see the foliage of this plant until next year, assuming it lives, and it is only early September so a long wait before I can truly appreciate what I purchased which is disappointing. I have had one of these in my garden for many years and it is currently in full leaf despite the extdreme weather this year. The plant arrived promptly and was well packed and there were good communications from the company. The plant was not cheap - I had hoped for a better specimen..

It arrived quickly and carefully…
It arrived quickly and carefully packaged. The leaves were and still are healthy but I am seriously disappointed that the flower died within 2 days of arriving. I was really hoping it would remain in flower till the end of September. However I was relieved when the seller contacted me and gave me some practical and helpful advice on what to do next. I am following their advice and I am confident that the plant will do well next year.
