Love this app! I have possible improvements
I feel like it is easy to navigate and understand. I would appreciate if there was a way to generalize small jobs into like a miscellaneous section or like a honey-do-list. Small jobs as in reconnecting a hose or drain under a sink that would only take a few minutes to do. I have a jobs where they have a honey-do-list of small jobs and instead of listing out each individual job on the list, it would be nice if I could group them into a misc/ honey-do-list and put a set price one that one section of the bid. Also on the LiDAR, it would be nice to be able to interact with the lines to help guide it to get a more accurate blue print. It would also be nice to share blue prints created from using LiDAR to other users, my uncle and i tag team jobs but operate under separate LLC’s but it would be nice to be able to share files/ bids and blue prints with each other without having to email it and then go back to assign the bid to the correct client. If these requests are at all possible I have no issue with answering any phone calls or emails to go into depth? I really enjoy this app and would love to see it grow, from one small business owner to another.

Above and beyond a great platform to work with. Pricing for the area normally falls within 80% of other people in the same field, I would find it difficult to be a perfect match for anybody. This platform is the best I’ve ever worked with.

I have been using SimplyWise for about 8 months and it’s really made my life easier. It makes proposal writing a breeze and the invoicing feature is very helpful. The only concern is the render generation. It’s just not up to par with ChatGPT.

To edit an existing estimate and make changes without using AI. Simply open the saved estimate, tap on any line item to edit or delete it, and use the + item button to add anything new as needed.

Best estimating app out there!
Simply wise is the best estimation apps that I have used. I have tried many of the other estimation apps and they're either as good or not as good, but more complicated to use. I like that the app will save your changes ... if it estimates that a bag of concrete costs $9 and you change it to $10 it will save that amount for all your upcoming bids. I have used it for estimating concrete, building, painting, landscaping, and many other trades as well. If you haven't tried it you need to!!!

A very beneficial tool. Once you get local prices set, your usual labor costs set and your common materials set it gives you very accurate and fast estimates. It really saves alot of time.
