Great customer service
I had a small issue with returning something but this was quickly and efficiently dealt with. A really pleasant experience and would give 6 stars if I could for responsiveness and great customer service. I feel confident to shop with Sinclairs again.

Appalling communication and unreliable…
Appalling communication and unreliable website (Product that is out of stock doesn’t show, you just find out later on!) … Really flaky web coding in emails … so you can’t see content of emails & have to phone up… i’ve tried twice since I got my parcel and the phone just rings out… Terrible experience … AVOID!!!
