Leila was so funny and engaging, she has me laughing throughout the whole session which was nice as the topic of first aid can sometimes be a bit morbid. She was incredibly informative and was happy to answer all questions. She really took her time to make sure we were all happy to move on and fully understood the topic. She was all round a great trainer !!
