The unit shipped was defective
The unit shipped was defective, but after having emailed them a copy of the unusual sound they device made, they were quick to respond and send a shipping label to send the unit back. Even though I don't have a unit, they interaction leaves me very satisfied that I will go back to them for future CPAP need.

Way cheaper than going through my local…
Way cheaper than going through my local DME. They send out the equipment as fast as they can and their prices are reasonable. The person I have worked with there has been very helpful.
