Fast resolution to renew an expired domain that I overlooked

I've been with SiteGround since 2019 - as a specialist Wordpress hosting provider they are excellent! I recommend all my clients use SiteGround for their site hosting. They might not be the cheapest but you do get what you pay for and the support is amazing!

SiteGround is fantastic generally – sites run super fast and the hosting platform offers tons of helpful automatic features. But where SiteGround really stands apart from the rest, is its Support team.

Great response and assistance from the support team (once I had eventually got past the AI support bit). There is still no replacing actual people.

The staff are so knowledgable and patient. I particularly found the handholding useful and they were always ready to make alternative suggestions to solving a problem. They made website and email migration so easy. Having access to them 24/7 and being able to speak to someone are bonus points.

Yordan Stavrev made many suggestions to help setup a desktop email client that was not playing ball. Nothing to do with the Siteground servers but Yordan was very knowledgeable and able to suggest options to get it working. Not being a Siteground issue it would have been easy to walk away but this company always over delivers.

Always find their support to be on-the-ball and available, friendly, and knowledgeable (and not a bot!) just experts.
