I'd enquired a few months earlier about downgrading my Plan. Having explained clearly how to do it, I was also offered a discount to further help save money. This required going through a 'Chat' and they had the previous Chat on record so were able to set up a discounted renewal - with extra discount for 2-year renewal. As always, both Chats were quick, efficient and a pleasant.

Fast resolution to renew an expired domain that I overlooked

I've been with SiteGround since 2019 - as a specialist Wordpress hosting provider they are excellent! I recommend all my clients use SiteGround for their site hosting. They might not be the cheapest but you do get what you pay for and the support is amazing!
