Speedy and friendly support and rapid fix

Once I got through to support, they were very helpful and dealt with my issue quickly and professionally.
However, because my domain had expired and I didn't know how to contact support in the way I always had, I found it difficult and frustrating to find a way to get in touch.

After going round in circles with the useless chatbot, it was great to speak to a real person who solved the problem easily... Please stop over rating AI, humans are much better, pay them properly and appreciate them the world will be a better place.
