Amazing experience
Amazing experience. My websites are in a way better shape and load much faster, and the platform is very intuitive and easy to use. Customer support has been also great, very quick replies and ticket resolution. So far I would highly recommend them.

IOS MAIL ISSUE
I had a long chat, over one hour! A very frustrating IOS mail issue. I was demanding for sure, but he was very patient and tried to help as much as possible. I have myself worked IT support for many years, so I know how hard it is sometimes to stay patient.

SSL certificate solved - +5 -star support
I was stuck with an SSL certificate, which was a real problem. The most important thing was that I could actually speak to somebody other than the AI because the AI could not resolve the problem. This is very much part of the reason I am with SiteGound, because I have 24/7 coverage with real people.

The support team are actually very good. My one real gripe with Siteground is the inode limitations, why do you do this Siteground? I think that you are only one of two hosting companies that do this, it's real pain, come on guys, sort this out!
