Top Notch Support
Had the usual chatbot experience trying to resolve a spam email issue but eventually got put through to support agent who provided first class support to rectify the problem. Didn't send me off to read pages of recommendations but walked me through step by step making changes to domain settings and retesting. Top notch support from Siteground again. So refreshing!

Ain't No Mountain High Enough
Following a straightforward migration from another provider, complications raised with the necessity to move again internally to a WordPress site. SiteGround (Martin) helped me navigate the minefield with the greatest of patience and professionalism.
