Support is amazing, very fast turnaround, friendly, even for unorthodox requests

The response was timely, friendly and solved my issue. I communicated with a real person without being put thru the hoops by a frustrating bot. Those things are worse than useless. My overall impression is that SiteHost do an excellent job and care about client service.

Super fast and detailed response, issues I missed in setup regarding DNS record and SSL on my container resolved for me, I didn't have to do anything.
