Having used Sitehost for a number of years, they have consistently provided excellent service.

The SiteHost support and sales were absolutely phenomenal in their service to me. I reached out for their services with a very tight deadline just before Christmas and their closing business and they were extremely accomodating in finding solutions to ensure the deadline was met. I migrated my websites to their server and they completed the migration with 0 issues, and promptly, consistently and accurately were able to answer my MANY questions and concerns. They guided me through the entire process and made the transition smooth, and continued to provide assistant in the aftermath of the migration. I tried to use other servers and did not experience anywhere near as close to this support and service. I have never written a review before but I am so happy and impressed by Sitehost I wanted to encourage others to use their service!

Sitehost is a trusted partner. Their pricing is excellent, and support utterly top tier. The ui etc makes sense, and is overall pleasant to use. Couldn't reccomend higher.

Great help over the weekend by the support team when setting up a container and setting up Wordpress via Filezilla. A little bit technical and I got a bit stuck a couple of times, was great to have support to help me move forward.

I'm using SiteHost so I can have a container environment to setup my own website via Wordpress. It's satisfying to get out of my comfort zone and learn new things.

I was recommended sitehost over myhost for the cleaner admin. It is easier to find the basics, but I miss the better ticket system of myhost, especially being able to view tickets in the admin console instead of just via email. They are more expensive as well.

The response was fast, it was to the point, and I have a good idea of where to go for support in the future.
