As a website development company, we've used a number of hosting and domain management companies over the last 20 years and SiteHost is without a doubt the best we've ever encountered.

They are proactive with security and updates.
Their support is the best I've experienced in any industry.
It's not often that we need support (the hosting is as robust as I've experienced), but when we do have a support query or request they usually are back to us within the hour.
They are quick to interpret what we need and to provide a solution/support typically above and beyond what we've asked - but always to our benefit.

I couldn't be more happy with the service we've received over the last 5 or so years - it's a pleasure to have them onboard as an integral component of our team and they're a great bunch to work with on top of that.

We have used a number of hosting companies for VPS services over the years and SiteHost have been by far the most reliable and competent. Many companies have good periods and then drop off after a year or two. In the 5+ years we have been with SiteHost they have maintained their excellent standards and continue to enhance their offerings.

On the few occasions we have needed their customer service they have been quick and accurate in their responses, and we have had the feeling that those we are in contact with know their subject matter and care about the outcome.

The dashboard UI for managing servers is well organised and easy to use.

If I had to choose a company for our VPS needs again, this is the company I would choose.

We've used Sitehost for well over 15 years now. In that time I've seen the company grow hugely and invest in new technologies, however I can still phone them up and get a real person on the other end who knows what they're talking about. That's rare in this industry, and I value it hugely.

Very little (if any) downtime, quick and attentive support, reasonable pricing, a wide array of services available.

I don't need to worry about downtime or connectivity issues because they don't happen.

If we ever need support the team are superstars, they know their stuff, are super friendly and know the geek speak but don't use it on you!

Sitehost is a great New Zealand based team. They always fix anything quickly and professionally. In these times I would never consider hosting anything off shore!

We’ve been with Sitehost since 2014. Their offering both in terms of product and service has consistently been off a high standard, and they’ve always worked hard to find solutions to any problem we have had.

I only use them for domains, but the team are very friendly and the management UI is easy to use a modern.
Highly recommend them.
