Absolutely first class!
Over the past (nearly) twenty years I've used a bunch of different hosting companies, both NZ based and international. Some were crap, some were middling, none were really great. Support responsiveness was always an issue. Hosting was for a long time the bane of my working life.
Then I discovered SiteHost (recommended by a trusted fellow dev). SiteHost is hands down the best host I've ever used, the offering is great, the dashboard setup is intuitive and easy to use, and the support is absolutely rock solid and responsive.
